We will be drawing the winner for October the last week of November.You can do this by giving it to your Service Coordinator or dropping it off at the Help Me Grow Offices in Middleport, Ohio during the hours of 8:00 and 4:30.
Remember the information that you record on the calenders should be something that you and the child do together that furthers their development: such as playing peek-a-boo or where's the baby. For babies, Peek-a-Boo is not just a game, it helps them understand object permanence – the idea that objects still exist even when they can't feel, see, taste, hear or touch them. Plus it is great fun for baby!
You can count toes and fingers during diaper changes. Sing songs like twinkle twinkle little star and say repeating rhymes with movement like Pat-a-Cake and This Little Piggy. They love you to do it again and again. Babies love repetition and the sound of your voice. Give it a try and you will be rewarded with a grin and a multitude of giggles!
